Wakefest 2008 was AMAZING!
Wow! Wakefest 2008 Rocked!

The weather was hot, it didn't rain and you could chug Red Bull to your heart's content!

Craig and Bailey from Surf & Offshore came-out from Point Pleasant with two cutting-edge Centurian wakeboats and a canopy FULL of all kinds of really cool gear for all to browse!

Ron, Ryan and team Lake Hopatcong Marine had a Malibu boat on display AND also put-on an super cool Grinch Winch pulled rail jam exhibition!

Kurt from Flash Marina on Lake Hopatcong got to Wakefest early and brought a brand new super-plush Mastercraft for everyone to drool over!

Jeff, Kevin and Dominic were on-hand representing large for Brick's Sandy Point Marine with THREE of Mastercraft's latest wakeboard boat offerings!

Bruce Chrisner rocked Wakefest with a Liquid Force canopy packed FULL of the lastest Liquid Force gear and soft goods.

Jeff Aitken came-up from DC with his 2008 Nautique, a Hyperlite canopy FULL of Hyperlite demo boards AND he brought Wakefest a really cool WakeKite demo!

The Glyde crew was at Wakefest with a baller display and lots of Glyde soft goods.

Brian, Kevin, Karen and Justin slaved over the hot grill all day, Doreen, Michele, Annette and Kyle worked tirelessly to keep the main tent activities running smoothly, and JB not only worked the mic all day, but he was also meeting, greeting and representing New Jersey's newest boardsports learning center, The Wake Academy!

Then the Red Bull sponsored after-party at Chickie's and Pete's was great time to kick-back, eat and discuss the day's events, and the Sidewayz premiere of Blackout was an amazingly cool way to conclude an amazingly cool day.

But more than anything else, it's the people who come to Wakefest that make it special. Thanks to everyone who came-out and helped make Wakefest the huge, rockin' event that it's become!

See you in 2009.....Alex
